Dr. Tony K. Nasser was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and received an undergraduate degree in biology from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana graduating in 1990. Dr. Nasser completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana. Additionally, he completed an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Nasser, Smith, and Pinkerton Cardiology in Indianapolis. In 1999, he was among the first to take and pass the new Interventional Cardiology Examination and become a Diplomate in Interventional Cardiology.

He has three children and has been associated with Nasser, Smith, and Pinkerton Cardiology, Inc. since 1997 and with The Care Group since 1999. His professional memberships and awards include:
