POSITION: Fellowship Physician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. or Canadian Residency
• Skilled surgeon
• Good communication skills
• Desire to learn (lifelong learning)
• Excellent academic record
• Well-rounded
• Desires to work - not looking for limited hours

REQUIREMENTS:

• Join state and county medical society
• ACLS and maintain
• Medical license in Indiana
• BNDD Certificate
• Able to be credentialed at ASC adn to be insured by Pro-Assurance
• Able to join St. Vincent and Clarian Health medical staff
